Businesses deploying MedConcierge AI should not use the system to process, transmit, or store Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. We strongly recommend that businesses in healthcare-adjacent industries consult with a qualified compliance attorney before deploying any AI voice solution.
